This is my real Life account but will not use real name so that it can protect my relative who is kind of 'trapped' in this business.

MLM (Multi Level Marketing) has always been something controversial over the last 15 years at least (roughly) and i've vowed never to touch it personally ever again after being briefly involved in NOP in 1996.

3 weeks ago, without much questions asked, i committed to support my this relative (i call him JS) on a new venture, or whatever you call it, on a product called Melaleuca. More details here

The reason of this no questions asked, is because i owe him a favour during 1997 where he agreed to become my guarantor so that i could borrow money from bank to further my studies in Australia. You may have heard of a Principal of a certain school (the papers chose to protect the identify) advised her N level students who passed their examination to choose ITE instead of trying for their 'O' Levels. This kind of message cannot be stronger when it comes from the mouth of the highest level of authority in a school.
I am extremely disappointed, especially after this incident, our Minister of State, supported such direct and untactful statements.

As a parent, i would be angry, disappointed and shocked that such comments are made without consideration of the students, their morale and what kind of negative thinking it leads them to.
It's like saying... out of 10 people, only 3 of them will succeed being a businessman. So are we going to tell all 10 of them to drop the idea since it is only 30% chance to succeed?

As a student, i am a REAL example of one who was in the Normal stream. Yet i passed my N levels and i topped my class in O levels....

Dunno i unlucky or what, got this stupid girl colleague of mine, well, not literally stupid but is a very weird and unique character in this company.
She is being outcast in here in a way that people avoid talking to her, asking her things, going to lunch with her.

The problem with her is that she is petty, talks w/o using her brains and likes to take advantage of people. For example, when she knows you have a car, she will try her best to befriend you and after that constantly ask you to be her 'lunch kakis'. Isnt it disgusting? i'm glad i'm out of her clutches and now she is clinging on another colleague.

I dont need another of such people in my company.
