anywhere in SG can i get the above mentiond flat head rivets?

check under Gripwell fastening.
They may have the countersunk head alumn rivet & the black colour thermal rivet but the length for both item is more than 12mm.

check their miniture fastener, may get what u want.

Actually if the thickness of the casing is 2mm thk, it is better to do threading and get machine screw for fastening. the tapping set is less than $20/-.
