yes, im currently assigned work to plan interested dishes for children aged 5-6!

However, i do not have any siblings or relatives who has children aged 5-6! so .. i was just thinking if anyone could tell me a rough estimation of a child aged 6 years old's height and weight?
And what are the types of food they eat?



Last ! are they able to eat chicken chops?
(in bite size pieces) ?

chicken chop can.. but its boring, unless u cut them into small pcs for them and arrange it into an interesting way.

Haha by that age they can chew but they dunNo how to cut! u have to cut the food b4 u bite or chew. And the thing is its hard to make kids sit and eat. Especially at the age of 5 or 6. So.. To entice them to eat. You have to make food interesting.

look at the link i gave u.. its a site teaching u how to make bentos and how make shapes outta food make sure ur food is colourful enuff
