Dear diary,

I woke up today with a determination to win her back again. Though she was still sleeping, I sent her an sms telling her I would meet her at her void deck. With a sudden confidence in myself, I rushed off to buy a bouquet....She used to complain that I would never buy her fresh flowers - I decided to do it today and took a taxi to her place...

Throughout the 2 hours, I've sent her numerous smses and made a few phonecalls....Only to receive one back - after waiting over an hour downstairs. She was going to M`sia today and blamed me for not telling her earlier that I wanted to meet her...Be it true or a lie, my heart died on her while walking thru the heavy drizzle. There and then, I threw away the bouquet and the ring I used to wear for her....Though sad, I've been shown the direction missing in my life these few days - if she chose to take the path she wants, why not me? Why am I alone still taking the path we both used to share....

She was cold and heartless in those smses she sent - I could be many times more awful and heartless in my words and actions but 17 years of my life has taught me otherwise, I'm not childish enough to do this sort of thing. Bringing down her with words like how she did to me...

Yea....She is happy now, almost out everyday - I vow to be twice as happy with my life. I've already returned her what I owed, the misery, remorse, regret and depression I felt these few days. I'm good-looking and intelligent (Yes, I'm confident in life again) so why should I be sitting down and feeling sad over her? I've my brother, many great friends and an entire community of buddies here. Why should my heart beat only for her? I vow to fix my own broken soul and heart - relive my life fulfilling again because I know somewhere out there, there will be another special someone again. As so I hear, life is like a bus stop - when the first bus goes, another will come again...

5 years of waiting and half a year of love - thanks for letting me learn so much. My journey in life will never stop for you.
