Foremost the reason of "us" (I always say "us" and write "us" because i live with my buddy Spirit, a sweet Pit Bull... trust me...) is because I use a laptop... modem and my own Internet Hughes Technology Sattelite Dish...
We live on the road, camp mostly on free BLM land and started writing about it a few months ago and taking pictures. I would like to learn about videos... maybe have a live cam to show the beauty of Mother Nature surrounding us... and I am so computer ignoramus...
In the meantime I thought sme of you would enjoy reading my website called
"The Oasis of my Soul", living under the Stars... It is too long to post here, reason for me to write the link instead...
From Florida we are now in Red Rock Canyon, NV. Waiting for the weather to warm up to head north...

About “Storms” and “Scooters”...

Lots always seems to happen when close to a City... rule of thumb, right?
The idea was to head out for a ride, but seeing scooters after scooters... well, it just did not happen... we stopped, talked and end up following them to their 7th Annual Rally spot!
They were from all over the World, England... Japan... just about all the cities in the USA.
And I was in the middle of it, 4 times their size... that’s the rig mind you.
It took up most of the day... so no sunsets or no sunrise pictures today!
What a break! I’ll make up for it soon... promise!
This was before the storm that caused evacuating Red Rock Canyon... what a night!

cool.. but how do you pay for your petrol, food, etc? given that you may have savings but if you quit the workforce, the well will dry up one day....

Well, you work and save... no bills besides the usual phone/Internet/insurance... a couple magazines are going to start publishing me... Many people are taking a picture of Spirit in the Sidecar, I am going to put a can fixed to it that will say "Picture Donations..." tacky?... what do you think?... an average of 10 people a day!... anywhere and everywhere!!!
I would like to do videos if anyone here would like to help me with the equipment needed... Hopefully the well will not dry up!!!
