where is a good place for frame + lens?

I like Ming Ming optical in Bukit Timah Plaza. Have used them for years. Prices are good, and the service is impeccable. Need frame adjustments? They do it FOC if you happen to be in the area.

Optical 88 in johore.. City Square. Look for branch manager. Good deals and cheaper than singapore, best part can bring to singapore for service and change of nose clip. Price is nearly 30 - 40% difference. Same quality for sure.

hugo boss frame with glasses for $280.. cheap.
If i not wrong, students should have discount @ their shop.
