A Chinese court has rejected a lawsuit filed by Apple, which alleges that Proview Technology is infringing its iPad trademark, spelling potentially disastrous news for the iPad in the country.

They are the original owner of the term "iPad" and actually sold the rights to Apple for use in the states and other countries except china, i think.

if thats the case, can Shenzen-based Proview sue Apple for using iPad name in china?
