Also, something wrong with the questions leh...

Q1: If yes, then at least 1 time right? Else how to tick yes? So this question should be only (yes)Number of times and no

Q3: English..."How much are you willing....."

Q4: If it is multiple choice, should only be option buttons for
a) Home
b) Temple

Or change the question, else other people will write a ton of variations, eg on the road, at designated spot under HDB, at relatives home etc etc etc....how your friend going to consolidate results if answers are N variables?

Pay only for the service, or pay for service + food/candles/incense/etc?

that's what I thought also....I don't mind to pay for the cost of food etc but the service should be (foc) to entice people to use it, else if also pay for service then the cost will be slightly more than just buying goods ad hoc...(of course sacrifice time)...
