Usually the Pioneer Batch is very well dressed. I believe some even hire
"model" type staff to launch the outlet. The issue here is not the looks of the staff but the overall outlook of the staff.

Some do not even iron their uniform...

if i go restaurants which i pay like 10x of kopitiam, and they wear worse than what kopitiam is wearing... then confirm few months later confirm close shop...

if go kopitiam, then the person wear 10x better than high class restaurant... i think either they can expand darn fast or close down lagi faster... 1) due to ppl see liao dun dare to patronise... or 2) overhead too high

naaa for F&B usually they come early and do the dirty stuff in watever they want... than change just before opening time. Those that need to iron can do so then.

discipline is a must, if u can't even look presentable than I definately wouldn't employ you. The only problem is FTs. Their culture is different and their language no same. What is presentable to a mainlander might not be presentable to us.

expand too fast the QC of staff isn't there, just keep the overhead low with low quality staff and not enough branch managers to supervise.
