I wonder if any of u have this similar experience with me....

So i bought a new phone n a sign a new contract line on 11sep...which i need to pay bout $45 per month
Then i got my bill today....shocking thing is i need to pay double...$80..
One for the month usage of 11sep - 30sep and the other one is from 1oct to 31oct..

The annoying thing is why do starhub charge me one more month when i havent even use...kind of pissed off..Is it normal? Or maybe becoz i buy my phone on 11 sep n that didnt account for one full month and they have to charge in again in the nxt month...

for post paid accounts when your September bill arrives, you are paying subscription charges for OCTOBER. that explains the "double billing"

FYI, if you have paid your overdue billing and the next day you receive have a Reminder letter from them to pay your bill, you can ignore it since you already make the payment, this can be confuse for some.

It's normal, when you sign up, you will be charged pro-rated till the bill date you are in, and the full following month subscription charge.

As all bills are made one month in advance.

So only your first bill will be more than a month subscription, up to exactly 2 months, depending on the date of sign up and bill cycle you fall into.
