EuropAce Casement Air-con good? beatrice Nov 1st, 05, 12:50 PM #1
Hi, I need advice on this model of air-con. Thinking of getting one but don't know whether good or not? Is it noisy? Would you recommend it to others? Thanks for your time & help.

Get reputable brand like mitsuibishi or carrier. My mitsuibishi one lasted me for past 8 yrs without any problems.

I appreciate any advice on this air-con model, thanks for replying even on Deepavali. I have tried searching for more info about this model but can't find much leh.

Only Carrier and EuropAce have casement air-cons that can be fixed on my sliding window. I hope to get some feedback on the EuropAce air-con owners because EuropAce is 9000BTU compared to carrier which is only 7000BTU.

I had been in air-con line previous & i did sall quite a numbers of this model. The noises are quite normal, comparing to other brands It has the same features as the others that can be fixed onto sliding window. Most importently, It is the only brand that carries 9,000 Btu cooling capacity.

Need help please :

I lost the manual for my EuropAce 390.

Can someone familiar with this model, pls tell me, what does the 'A' option (to the right of the 3 fan speeds control) mean?

Should be automatic mode, whereas it will maintain the temp at whichever you set.

For eg, if you set 24 degrees and temp falls to 23 degrees, the unit will shutdown for a while.

Btw, nice dig

Hey thanks a lot, ayu1978.

@#$% EuropAce website is too cheapskate to have the manuals available online in pdf format.
