NB cannot even spell english properly. Claims he paid $4k for the pup. Not true, he adopted from us for adoption fee $350 to cover the puppy's food and boarding cost and to deter adopters from abandoning him again.

Excerpt:
"We found on 88db.com that the same boy-pup, Dane, was being posted for SALE. This was not our intention - we do adoption and rescue work to find homes for the animals, not for profit...Not only was the adopter not genuine, he even claims he paid $4k for the dog. This is NOT TRUE...We made a follow up call to Dane the boy pup's owner yesterday to check if Dane was doing ok. He said yes, the dog is doing fine. We also asked if we could visit. He declined all available days and times we offered claiming he was busy. On the 88db ad, he claimed that he cannot care for the dog due to family matters. This is also obviously already A LIE, as he claimed the dog was doing well at his home."

Nothing new for the PRCs. Some people call this survival instinct, while other call it unethical. Take your pick. Remember the melamine in milk case?

Bro, we have something call moral value, trust and loyalty.

I happy someone could adopt the puppy, then I also believe that person can take good care of it. But we dun bite the hands that feed... its just unconstitutional...

I sure you know how betrayed felt... and thats why I always like to protect my families and my friends... I may bitch, moan and complain... But I uphold my friendship, family values very well, specially those unfortune...

least the day when I die, I leave this world as Free Spirited...

Great dane puppies are very expensive (2k-3k generally), it was much closer to given away than sold (couple of hundreds of dollars for it is nothing). Taking gifts and selling them is very immoral at least to me. I might not be in a position to say anything about it, but I'm sure the 'giver' would like to make his displeasure known.

If he had originally purchased the dog and now selling the dog, there wouldn't be such a reaction. But he adopted the dog on the pretense of wanting to take care of it and now selling for a profit. Even if he had difficulty raising the dog by himself, he could have returned it. It shows the character of the person. Can we do something about this?
A blade cuts both ways. So why take the risk? Stab instead.
