Ok, my bad ... I shall correct it ... Yah .... After you make the orders at Mac, they also tell you the time that the food will be delivered. Yes again ... if you try to change the order timing after you have ordered your food at Mac, they cannot change it already. If I call mac in the middle of the time that they are delivering to me, Mac will also say delivered already coz the food has left the restaurant. U mean food has GPS signal to track the location ... the time etc ? Flowers got GPS ? If your flowers has GPS, then your payment of $5.40 is indeed very worth it. I never realised that Xpressflower delivers flowers with GPS tagged onto them to know their location ... the time etc ...

You paid $5.40 for them to deliver between 9am-11.59am. If its late , its late unless you pay $540 for them to arrive between 9am-11.59am then I will say that Xpressflower sucks coz you paid 10 times the delivery for them to do it and they can't.

Well ... when you order Macdonalds, u pay $3 delivery. They tell you "Sir, your order will arrive at 8pm" ... when the order arrived, it was 8.30pm. After finishing your meal ... you proceed to VRz forum and start a thread "[SPOILER] Sibei Hungry Liao No Thanx to mcd.com" .... this macdonald people ah ... sibei jialat ... tell me 8pm ... nbz come at 8.30pm ... what's the point! 8pm is 8pm ... 8.30pm is 8.30pm ... if they wanna come at 8.30pm, then they should say 8.30pm and not 8pm ... dunno the difference between 8pm and 8.30pm issit ? And on top of that .... I paid $3 delivery LEH !!!!

TS is fuming that the flowers didn't arrive on time ... He din't talk about the person who delivered it. So, the GPS has to be on the flowers to track them at all times.

I guess it more of the service rendered (or lack of it) that irks customers.

If its something personal, TS should not assume that everyone will understand the situation.

Afterall, they did get the job done and ur wife's happy. Given that if they are late and ur wife's unhappy, or they never turned up at all, then that would be their fault.

For now, just spend the day celebrating ur wife's birthday or something. imo, you shouldn't be ranting bout this today.

I ordered flowers before and yes, it arrived late, was around 20min late. But im fine with that since end of the day, the other half manage to get it. But i do get pissed a bit too cos the flower wasn't delivery on time as promise.
