I fully understand the unhappiness TS went through.

Picture this.......your solemnization is at 1pm.........jewelery shop promised you latest delivery by 12:45pm.
You waited till 1:05pm which everyone waits for your ring to arrive including the solemnizer.
How would you feel on this service quality despite its just 20mins late?

Well ... how important is my solemnization ?

If its a forced marriage , well ... pasar malam jewelery shop can take million years to arrive. Not bothered.

If its not a forced marriage and its something that I want nothing ... absolutely nothing to go wrong ... I definitely and absolutely won't trust anybody for delivery. The delivery person is myself and if I were to wait till the very last minute of the day to take delivery of the ring to give to the most important person of my future, then I don't think that person is important at all.

There might be a scenario where the jewelery shop people have to deliver the ring. Most probably, the ring cost me 100 million dollars hence when the ring arrives, it arrives with 10 traffic police + 3 no-licensed marked SOF teams in black cars + 3 fully armoured ... fully bullet proof ... fully everything proof vehicles to deliver the 100 million dollars ring and its late. Then again, I don't think my precious wife will be bothered that its late coz its a 100 millions dollars ring and it comes with traffic police ... SOF teams and they arrive in bullet proof ... whatever proof vehicles ...

hmm din have much bad experience with xpressflowers though...
but did had one for noel...
anyway just give and take ba....
at least urs is just in office ....
that time i ask Xpressflowers to come in a certain time at a posh restaurant...
they did it but maybe slightly late but well they still manage to accomplish what i want to do... so its okie... no point brooding over such things de...
life is already so tough... so just forgive and forget and enjoy the moments loh...

I am really impressed with Noel though. Colleague was sick hence I bought a fruit hamper for her over the net in the morning and it was delivered in the afternoon on the same day.

but 20mins late.. tolerance is one thing, but allowing services to be like this, then why are we complaining the late bus services?

buses that sometimes take 20mins or even 30mins to come? we only pay $1.11 ++ nia, so little, so we can accept their lateness?

i agree that sometimes we can accept delays. but if allowing it to happen too frequent, where's the standard? where's the quality of service?

if u can't keep your promise, between 9am to 11.59am. then blardy dont say it out la. say between 6am to 6am next day.

bus services dont promise the time its coming, it only ESTIMATES.

Let me clear the air..maybe i never explain or elaborate in a proper England since I was very piss off...

My wife only msn me back 2 minutes later after i ask the 1st time about the item..telling me thanks for the flowers.I acted blur & ask her what flowers?Well her reply was the moment I ask her about whether the item is there..she somehow rather knows that the question was meant for her & not some other people...& she say somehow rather she was sensing that i'd something for her birthday.

Ultimately this was not a suprise as like how I wanted it to be...though she's smiling at the end of the day..but the matter of fact this type of services is not what I was expecting...

Nvrmind...I don't wish to start my Friday on a bittersour note...Thanks guys for sharing your thoughts & rants either against XpressFlowers or myself...I apologise if i've might offended anyone in anyways..Have a good weekend ahead...
