Be part of our Life-Saving Force – Join us for Flag Day on 1 April 06, Saturday!



Thank you for your support towards the Kidney Dialysis Foundation (KDF) and your great help at our previous Flag Day(s).



This year, KDF turns TEN and is having its Flag Day on Saturday, 1 April 2006. At least 3,000 volunteer collectors are needed to help us sell flags. To date, we have only reached HALF of that figure. No matter how difficult it is, treatment for our patients must go on!





Hesitate No More! Please join us together with your friends/family at any of the following shifts:



A: 7.30am – 1.30pm
B: 12.00pm - 6.00pm
C: Others___________ (Please indicate your preferred timing between 7.30am to 6.00pm)
