    Does no distributor keep stock any more?

    Recently sent in my MSI R6950 TFIII for RMA and I do not know how long it's going to take for corbell to replace it.

    On another related note I sent in a 2.5" hdd to achieva and i need to wait up to 1 month while they slowly replace it.

    So remind me again why I'm paying a premium for locally distributed products.

    In future all my parts will come from overseas source since I pay less and wait the same amount of time.

    What is your service form no.?
    I'll check with the service dept to understand more.

    Should be sent in around 18 Jan but due to CNY I don't know when Bell sent it to Corbell.

    Is your's the one with the broken fan blade?
    If it is, it was sent in during CNY period.
    All offices were all closed during that period.
    MSI resumed work just only yesterday.
    Our tech dept. is still awaiting MSI's update as its a physical damage.
    I'll update you here once MSI replies.

    Yes that is the one. Twin Frozr broken fan blade seems to be a common issue it seems from posts on the internet.

    They've got the greenlight from MSI.
    They'll be changing the fan for you.
    It'll be sent back to Bell tomorrow.
    You should be able to collect it by Thursday or when Bell contacts you.
    (Which ever is earlier.)
