Amazing...Microsoft took 5 years to develop Aero, the opensource ppl took less than that!

beryl is also worth mentioned...wif amazing animations effect!!! I already feel tired using Vista GUI liao because it doesn't allow us to customize...even if it would with addon, overall, it doesn't appeal to me as much as Linux community do...

stable? not stable? does it matter? i think what it matters is > beats down MS with Opensource, that's when all PC users will benefit and everyone be FREE!

simple demo, sorry for the poor screencast, haven got the time to get WINK working to get the proper session recording functions to be working....

Anyway, i had Beryle + Ubuntu to be working on shared memory Intel GFX2..
915G on board gfx... hehehe... how's Vista gonna fare on 915G???

This time on my desktop... not on lappy...
Recorded using SEOM Desktop recorder...

2.4GHz CPU
1GB DDR400 Cl2.5 RAM

this project was long done by SUN on their Solaris 9... I have tried it before and hence when Vista was out... I did mentioned how come so similar and was thinking is M$ going towards opensource
