used spybot and cleared up like 7 problems but this thing still appears

by any chance could it be the new ram i just installed that trigger something?

previously no such thing lei...

no, it's spyware.


try using windows defender, free.

it might be virusburst related thingy, if can't remove u might need 1 tool to remove it.
