I think that might be the cause of me lagging while playing COD 2.

I switched off AA and AF in games, yet still lag.

Now i'm suspecting the cards have something wrong... 6900+ to 2000+ points.... its like one of my cards died...

What does 3dmark05 says about ur system? like gfx core/mem spd, etc. Was it reflective of your components?

Becos COD2 is "laggy" for my system too. At ard 30+ fps average.

Try to use cool bit registry hack to check the speed of the core and memory. Make sure it is on 3D and not 2D. If the clock is within the spec of the gpu and still expericing lag, then, something wrong with the card. But make sure that the 6900 that you got was only oc the card or pc or both. May be you get 6900 because you also oc your cpu together with you gpu???

Sad... KennyLeow Nov 8th, 05, 10:25 AM #7 (permalink)
I didn't OC my gpu when i got 6900+. Wierd. My cpu is OC though but its been OC-ed since before i got my 2nd gpu.

With 1 gpu, i got 4900+, now with i get 2000+!

What gives???

Settings wise, i'll try the coolbits thing but that for enabling AA X8 to X16 if i'm not wrong. If so, i don't think that's the issue.

Try switching back to a single board config and see how?
