1.) Is there a maximum limit to the number of thread that can be created ?
2.) Any suggestion to minimize threading crash rate.

1) You have to read the languages specification
2) It depend on the OS and hardware, we cannot guess an accurate number since some job will take a longer time to complete than others thread, you best bet is to use time-slice method in Linux, for Windows, it is limit to CPU priority (bad)
