Okay, so I changed from XP to Windows 7 and my old custom screensaver can't work now
It says that I'm unable to play a shockwave flash animation file & i should get flash player.
The thing is I have already downloaded it. Anyone can help me with this?

shockwave is shockwave, flash is flash, which one are you referring? You can download the shockwave player and then install.
