Instead of dropping equipment at the Canon Service Centres, customers can now call 6845-8080 or email g-mail@singpost.com to arrange for collection.
They can choose to drop off their equipment at any of SingPost’s 61 post offices. Yet another way for Canon to delight their customers!

During this period, repairs or adjustments will be made free of charge only upon presentation of the Nikon Worldwide Local Warranty Card (Copy 'C', customer's portion) together with the purchase receipt or other evidence of purchase to the authorized Nikon Service Facilities from your country of purchase.

SERVICE CHARGES



Applicable to compact and digital cameras, analogue and digital voice recorders, and digital printers.


Cancellation of Repair: SGD $10.30
Camera Spare Parts: Each component will be charged separately

Service Warranty Claimable except replacement of new parts, within 6 months from date of collection if same defect occurs.



WARRANTY


There are two (2) types of warranty from Olympus Singapore.

 Singapore Domestic Warranty
For digital products that have been purchased in Singapore and will be used in Singapore, warranty will be valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase.

 Worldwide International Warranty
For any camera products that have been purchased in Singapore and other countries, warranty will be valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase.

 Service Warranty
For any products that have been repaired and charged, warranty will be extended for three (6) months from the date of collection.
