How do i Go abt in Resize The photos i have in my computer file?

Pls guide me step by step..Thx A LOT!

very simple.

using Paint by Microsoft Windows, u can easily resize.
Image --> Stretch/Skew --> Change the % of horizontal and vertical.

Opps,actually my qns in resize is for photos to be uploaded to other browsers...not for my own view in my computer... i always encounter problem like - exceeded size limit <2mb or 2kb, i not sure la... so how to change the size of my files to make it smaller in the mb/kb..then it can be uploaded.
