Thanks !! i've sent some email to them. They might have the DMC-G1 but, not sure abour GH1.

cost ard $2.1-2.2k... the ext flash bout $250-300.

Yes, you're all correct. I've got a feedback from John 3:16 and, the price for GH1 is 2,150 with a 8gb card. Not sure the price for other shops. Keep this thread updated once i've the price

Seems like Panny not producing enough. There is demand for this cam. But the price is really fainting.

I do not deny Canon is a great brand, but, GH1 looks quite polyvalent and comparing camera feature of both, they are almost similar. Regarding the video, GH1 is much better.

no worries.

just my thoughts.
i was comparing these 2 and pricing is defnitely a big factor. for me at least.
i posted the G1 when it 1st launched so that has really caught my attention.


if price is not a factory the panasonic GH1 then

else.. half the price get a 500D and add a good lens is IMPO more cost effective
