The Xbox 360 Singapore team is celebrating a decade of console gaming goodness with the release of the new “Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary” as well as an exciting Halo gaming tournament like no other.
On 3rd and 4th November 2011, Xbox 360 Singapore in partnership with Cathay E2Max, are organizing a Halo 3 showdown that will see the most hardcore Xbox gamers battling each other for gaming supremacy.
From over 60 participants, the tournament will be trimmed down to eight semi-finalists who will play head-to-head for a chance to have a face-off with one of the world’s top professional gamers, David “Walshy” Walsh – the reigning Major League Gaming Champion.
The eight semi finalists will walk away with a copy of the Halo Anniversary game, while the last man standing who defeats Walshy gets the coveted grand prize of S$10,000 in cash, possibly one of the largest cash bounties ever dished out in Singapore.

Qualifying Round: 3rd November 2011, 5 p.m. onwards.
Semi-Finals: 4th November 2011, 9 a.m. onwards.
Finals: 4th November 2011, 1 p.m.

Microsoft will select the 64 entries that will proceed to the qualifying round.
