So I realised $30/hr is not really the case and went down to $10/hr and i thought its pretty ok so I did it .

Here is what happened -
I went for the briefing and the assignment is you're given 200 packs of 5 christmas cards printed as a freebie by the company - Vino En Primur .So total you're given 1000 xmas cards and are to sell it .

you'll get $450 ($30/hr x 5hrs x 3 days) if u sell ALL in 3 days
$500 ($20/hr x 5hrs x 5 days) if u sell ALL in 5 days
$350 ($10/hr x 5hrs x 7 days) if u CANT SELL ALL BY THE 7 DAY DEADLINE

So i stupidly went all around selling xmas cards in the rain .I lugged 2 HUGE BOXES OF XMAS CARDS
which weighed around 25kg all around Orchard Rd like a fool and couldnt sell much .I went house by house and spent around 6-8hrs every day and then I managed to sell around 30 cards to friends n relatives n public so when the deadline came - I returned the cards to the boss and to my horror - the said i will be paid $1.50 per card sold ..WTF ???Then they asked me to sign the contract AFTER I COMPLETER THE WORK .I was like WTF ?!?!

So bo pian la ..Just accept around $50 for my hard work .

BTW the cards were $10/packet and of course no one wanted to buy .So instead of the $350 that was promised on the day itself - I got $50 for 7 days .I dont believe anyone got paid $30/hr or $20/hr .This is indeed a huge scam .I asked them why wasn't i given the contract before and they said I rushed off but that was bull**** .I spent around 40min in the office .So I handed them $300 from the sale of cards and I got back $50 ?This is indeed disappointing .
