Warranty
Warranty is 1 year by moshi direct. I do not personally gurantee the set you receive is 100% perfect, nor do i cherry pick the product for the participants or myself.

Out of good will, i may or may not replace DOA sets. Based on past experience, out of 130 sets so far purchased, only 2 sets had issues. 1 was a fault thermostat and 1 was a faulty LCD display. Please take into account the risk involved before joining this MO.

Collection

1. How long is the shipping?
About 1-2 weeks after I submit my order to the supplier. Allow up to 3 weeks for any delays.

2.Can the payment be refunded?
Yes but only if it's reasonable. I recommend meeting up so you can check the cards properly and be assured of what you've bought. I don't want you to be unhappy either, or feel that you've been cheated, so don't worry. If you're unhappy with the product I will refund you at that point.

Once you take it home, I will not be responsible for any refunds. I will also not be able to do anything about postage if it's beyond my control. I will check the products when I receive them from the supplier, so rest assured I will do the best I can, hope you guys understand.

5. I would like to give these to friends and colleagues. Will they arrive before Christmas?
Yes, they will. I will also organize meet up sessions at MRT stations.

6. I noticed the lighting in the images are not very clear, what should I do?
Colors should be based on the color chart, available here: Mini Card Lamp colors. All other shades in the images may have been affected by the lighting.

7. Will it come with battery?

I would be also be doing a MO on Micro Fiber cloth soon and I strongly urge you guys to get one to wipe your precious Iphone because unlike ordinary cleaning products, that only move or push dirt and dust from one point to another, microfiber cleaning products lift the dirt from the surface and store the particles in the cloth until it is washed. When it is placed in a warm to hot wash, the fiber opens up and releases the dirt into the water.

So you wont accidentally scratch your precious Iphone while trying to clean it again.

The Micro Fiber cloth I’m bringing in is 40x40cm, individual hand made to ensure they are of the best quality.

FAQ

Will Applesauce work on the new Iphone 3GS or my white Iphone?

Yes. Applesauce work on the new Iphone 3GS and your white Iphone.

Can I use Applesauce on the chrome back of my iPod ?

Yes. However, the chrome finish on iPod's is extremely easy to scratch, and restoring it to its factory state almost impossible. Applesauce's Polish is useful for removing grime, fingerprints and light scratches. Excessive polishing of the iPod's metal back is not recommended.

The scratches aren't coming out. Now what?

Keep trying. Virtually any scratch can be removed or vastly improved with patience. Increase pressure slightly and rub quickly back and forth for 30-60 seconds. Work only on a small area at a time (1 inch square, or the size of a quarter). Reapply polish to cloth and repeat. Avoid pressing too hard on sensitive areas of your device (clickwheel or display for example). Keep in mind that the the Polish may leave fine scratches and will require multiple applications of the Glaze to restore the original shine.
