This is to bring your attention to the Straits Times 13 Mar 09 Page A10 where it states that Clemen Chiang has been successfully sued by a group of 49 and managed to claim back approx. 80% of their course fees. The basis of the claim was misrepresentation. Here's congratulating that group on a job well done!

Clemen Chiang... if you ever read this... hope this is a lesson to you that one must NEVER EVER compromise integrity. It will come back and haunt you. What is the 200k payout? with your wealth I am sure you can make 1000% on your trading to make it back in 1 night? Good luck!

Open the straits times Money section and you will find many advertisments offering trading courses. Many of these ads thrive on people's greed for fast & easy money.
Therefore, the investors themselves should also be wary and not fall for something that is too good to be true!

Apart from him, you guys should also be very careful of this dodgy dude who claims to be an Ebay millionaire. His name is Benjamin Marc Wee. He has also published a badly written book.

He goes around telling his unsuspecting students that he makes over US$10 million yearly in Ebay and he can teach you privately for S$3k! Please do your sums. People of that calibre would treat their time as sacred rather than hand hold you and spending all his time 'guiding' you get to where he is with S$3k nett!

In addition, none of his claims are verifiable. Be very cautious!

ladies and gentlemen.... something interesting has emerged. some students said that clemen would do the following during his "trade live with clemen" sessions....

1) He would buy up a huge quantity of an illiquid option before the
event.
2) He would place in a much higher ask price.
3) During the event (Bali Retreat / Options Championship), send an
order to buy at market the particular option to all his students.
4) Make shit loads of money and students realize immediate losses.

If you have been "victim" or had experience in this matter, we would like to hear from you. This is a mere allegation at the moment but is worth investigation. Please email tanhanfung@hotmail.com to provide information.

Other things worth considering are:

1) Does Singapore legislation allow Clemen to dispatch such specific financial advise without being registered with the appropriate bodies? If he has broken this law, we might be able to have additional ammo to whack him.
