Hi anyone bought this policy?

Got this policy 1 year back. i was told if i hold the policy for 5 years there is high chance to break even(if hit the 5.25 %)
Is my premium paid guaranteed? I need advise should i draw out now or save all the way till 13th year.

this is an endowment plan which pays the bulk of the bonuses when nearing maturity. It is very unlikely for an endowment to 'breakeven' anytime before nearing maturity .. let alone one with such a short tenure of 13 yrs. Your adviser was talking cock, sad to say this

it might be true if the returns are really at 5.25%.. but do remember such returns are not gauranteed and thus you have to decide when you actually profit from it.. dont they send you a summary of your endowment plan yearly?

guess i got mislead by the agent. He has left the bank.
I yet to read the yearly report(due to overseas posting), anyway i don think this year will have any good news.
