I am starting with a low SGD$5,000 and I wish to trade foreign currencies.
Please recommend a place/company trade, open to online and offline.

Im new to this so please forgive me if I miss some details.

i recommend Saxo capital markets... your min trading size where you just pay the spread is half a lot though a bit much for your 5k account.

alternatively try MIGfx ...swiss broker...using MT4 platform...spreads are quite tight

also there is OANDA overseas...they allow SGD denominated accounts.

i use saxo because the client accounts are guaranteed by the MAS...also feel safer keeping my money in singapore.
