Hi Guys

if you all have invested in it, I want to ask if you are aware that at the end of 20 years there is no principal returned to you but only the product which Asayo claims how much it is worth.

This plan is also not regulated by MAS. I asked the person who approached me on this. He said it is not an investment so MAS not involved. I leave you guys to think for yourselves if this is an investment.

yes i fully i agree. I am holding a number of 'govt-linked' REITs like Mapletree and Ascendas which are all returning more than 10% p.a. dividends over my initial investment.

You are very kind. I will only rate it at 1-2% return non acculumative per year and yet tied for 20 years

lets see..

6% per year of 10k

= 600 pa x 20 = 12k + 5K lets say they are kind enough to give back 50% of cap = 17K
= 7k over 20years = 350 pa = 3.5% PA simple calculation

at least sunshine let u dream of big returns.

Err Gollum

You dun get it. You dun get back cash you get back a product. if 10K you can buy about 2 magnetic bracelet. So at the end of 20 years You can get 2 magnetic bracelets back. How much value is that? it depends on how much you can sell it for.. Lets say you can sell them for $500 each(assume you are top salesman) so you get 1k back.

your return for 20 years : 12K +1K=13K
3k over 20 years= 1.5% per year without acculumation effect.

So beware all who want to "invest" , becareful of the small print. Do NOT assume. Its is just short of being a scam.
