hey guys, i'm not sure what is the problem with my l4d. i just bought a new com and it is sure to be able to play the game but it just hangs and quits occasionally. could it be because my copy of l4d is fake? but my previous crappy com was able to play it at low settings without hanging at all.

i'm also using the same ide hdd that i used before. which could it most possible be?

the slow ide hdd or the fake copy of l4d?

yeah updated le.. i can play left 4 dead on high settings no lag also.. could it be because the loading speeds of my hdd is slow then just hang when many things happen in the game?

wow, surprisingly, a fren told me to disable multicore rendering and it has been good so far!

I think it's more expensive in Steam. Plus, it might take you many hours to download the game...

Might be faster and cheaper to buy the game in Singapore and download only the updates
