The advertisement of privately run MMO game servers on VRZone is prohibited as the majority of these services are run in violation of Intellectual Property laws.

If you believe you have a legal right to operate such a server, please PM a VRZ staffmember with supporting evidence prior to posting your thread.

Possible, but not exhaustive reasons include:

- The software is no longer supported by the publisher in an official capacity, and it has been released for general use
- The software's TOS/AUP allows for private server operation
- You have officially been granted permision/been licensed to run the server

For the purposes of this statement, games that ship with combination client/server software will be excluded. E.g. Freelancer/Armed Assault
