You can have a go at the filco mechanical keyboards.
There's a game shop in SLS 5th level that sells them if you're interested to have a look and feel of it.

up to individual.... sidewinder X6 or logitech kb.... filco also ok... but take note its a little noisy if u start to press fast and hard...

techdrome @ lvl 5 can let you have a feel of filco mi and tux press liao feel noisy for us... but might be ok for you...

sidewinder X6 is more like razer lycosa jus tat its microsoft brand... ask ard if you can have a feel of it

or jus go for logitech kb to c if it suits you

if u like to play games in the dark, it will be better to get those illuminated types.

I've been wondering... why has filco been so advertised and popular in this forum. I've used many keyboards including a Filco and can tell you that it's by no means the benchmark for a mechanical keyboard or any keyboard.
If your purpose of using the keyboard is for gaming (as I suspect because of the location of this thread), then I won't suggest a mechanical keyboard - it requires more force to depress any key and therefore your responsiveness might not be favourable.
Membrane keyboards are best for gaming and you won't go wrong with logitech/ razer/ saitek. In fact, any other membrane keyboards will do fine, just get one that will last, not some cheap knock-off that costs like 5 bucks.

for black switches it need more force compare to brown switches.

if you have tried ibm model m the old school keyboards. you will know the different.

mechanical keyboard last for a lifetime unlike brands like razer etc. no offense to other brands.

g15 is good too (:

no offense... without good care, kb will still spoil off easily....

in fact everyone got a different feel to each type of kb.... mechanical kb is good... but seriously the price jus turns mi off... i can even use a $10 kb and last as long as i wan if i make sure proper usage is there...

seriously if i were to think twice and trice.. i wont get filco...
