Picture two guys going to a LAN gaming center to play Left 4 Dead, and what do you think is going to be their first problem? Untidy? Very hot? Atrocious computer hardware? Too noisy?
No, despite these two guys are sitting right next to each other, they *must* be able to hear each other over VoIP, or their life will never be complete, even if they're going to be looking at each other throughout their time at the place.
This epidemic, termed by me as Left4Zombitis, is a condition of the brain that eats at it, with especial attention to the logic and cerebral functional centers. Symptoms may arise within groups of Left 4 Dead players who may sit right next to each other, shout and scream like crazy to make themselves heard throughout the place but yet whine that they cannot hear each other over VoIP.
I leave the discussion to the floor.
