Dears bros, i need all your advice as i feel like unfair to me. i sell one 2G iphone to bro Firdie on 12 June 2009, there are some unhappy things occurs but we settle at last, but yesterday i received his PM to ask me pay him half repair cost for the Iphone motherboard, i think WTF???
As i ady tell him on the spot tat 2G iphone is no cover any warranty ( even all bros here also know 2g iphone all are export set & there are no any warranty in singapore ) & i also told him tat there are no any personal warranty from me... then he check a while & say he going to oversea & rush back...

from 12 June 2009 till yesterday already around one month, now the iphone got problem then ask me to pay half repair cost??? still say tat he will make a report to the necessary authorities??? but is this fair to me??

I think that for such obvious cases, is there a need to post a thread on the VRZ??

Just clear it with him la dude. its so obvious that he's in the wrong, why the need to even to start up a thread? To open up GS table and discuss why he's wrong??

Personally, he went to my thread and lowballed me ... I told him off and I admitted that I called him a lowballer. He retaliated and gave me the F word.

To me, "Start $15 XXXXXXXX" and "$15 XXXXXXXX" is a whole lot of difference. By using the word start, if I called you a lowballer, I am wrong but if you never use the word start, meaning to say that you want to buy my stuff at $15 when my start bid is $27, you are a lowballer.

Then he claimed "I missed that out". Please enlighten me .. how to 'miss that out' ? Take my phone W995 for example .. Is it possible that a person take a look at W995 ... missed out completely about looking at the price ... go directly to the handphone shop ... put $350 in front of the salesman, point to W995 and tell him "I want to buy it now". Not lowballer than is what ?

Buy things never look at price ? Then use what to pay ? Rocks ? Stones ? Pebbles ? -.-
