I simply hate ppl who dont understand that in a garage sales forum the seller may choose at his own will, who to sell to. Besides, he clearly states bidding ends on 5th august 2359. He clearly leave his number there for all to bid.

If you want it so bad, shouldve asked for a BNP and give a good offer.

my last bid was at 2339. Ppls bid at auctions to get a bargain price.. that got nothing to do with how much badly i wanted it. $145 is just $9 more than my bidding price.. u think i dun have meh? Who will know if someone else bidded $145 thu fone? keep ur stupid comments to urself.

This is not ebay. Not the same method of trading.


If u want anything that bad, then just call up and nego with the seller, at what price he wants to close it. Simple as that.

If u don't, and can get the item u want, then just suck it up and move on. Like i said, this is not ebay. No obligations.

Seller has not indicated any BNP (Buy Now Price), which is the reason why he left his contact number for u to call, and nego, for a price to close.

He has not backed out on any deal, nor has he reached any agreement with u. I don't see any wrong here. No terms nor conditions stated.

He also didnt state that highest bid wins. Its is totally up to seller's decision. If he happy, he can also sell at $100. Item belongs to him. Neither u nor the seller stated any conditions, so anything goes.

So, conclusion. U dont have an ebay system here, highest bid close = compulsory to sell to u. Doesnt apply here. I'm not sure with the ebay system. But i dont think it is also compulsory to sell if even if your bid is the highest. In VR Zone, its totally different.

So get that right, and start changing the way u think. Not everything, and ur theory applies in every area, similarly.

bids can come from anywhere unless ur on Ebay. And thats only because ebay has more rules on bidding auctions.

he sold to highest offer, did not accept lower offer, did not fly anyone kite. he did not reserve the item for anyone else only to break the promise either.

your last bid was $136 placed on 11.26pm which is only $1 different than the previous highest bid. You try to snipe-bid the guy and now u got sniped back with $145 offer and you're whining and crying like a spoilt brat.
