After a week,I went back to the shop to ask why the shield have been losing off.The shield at the back of my phone have been lose out half.So I indeed asked for a replacement.The shopkeeper took my phone and kept denying that I peeled it off accidently.He asked me to get a brand new piece.I replied 'you said the shield have 5 years warranty?'.He deny and said 'the warranty is not include for peeling'.I kept insisting my rights that the shield really losing off on its own.He asked me to wait a while as he is serving another customer.I waited him to finish up his job.After that,he continued to do his work acting as without notice me standing in front of him waiting. I asked him 'How are you going to replace my shield?'.He shouted me back 'Sir,you are the one who peel the shield out I can’t do anything!' so I asked him back for a refund or a brand new piece.He shouted back again 'I have no time to entertain you, please leave my shop now!’ I am so angry about his attitude.WHAT KIND OF SERIVCE! NO MANNERS!
