WTS: SUPER Garage Sales: Casing, CPU cooler... MWTS: CPU and Mobo (Price lowered!!!)

Details of the complaint :

Warranty?? What warranty, cybotmaster basically defaulted on his so call warranty.

I bought his PSU which he claims to offer 14 days warranty. The next day he asked me if the psu is working well? As I have yet to fixed it due to work commitements, I told him i will let him know later. I though to myself what a responsible seller, oh how wrong was I!!

When i told him there is a buzzing sound from the psu and since i have the pc in my room, it will be difficult for me to on it 24/7 with the sound buzzing away. After some exchanges, I told him a refund for the set only to receive a reply "But the problem is that I have run out of money.."!

for a measly sum of $ he actually went out of his way to avoid my calls, refuse to respond to my sms even when i offered him an alternative to trade with other things he is selling - I top up if its more ex (now to think of it, I better not as those might be spoilt too!)

I approach ah_khoo to checkout how is the deal for him with cybotmaster and seems he is quite unhappy with him too. That means im not alone when it comes to dealing with him.

I am upping this thread to warn potential buyers.. Buy at your own risk, personal warranty means nothing to this school boy...

After refusing to answer all my smses and calls, my last sms saying he leave me no choice actually GOT BACK a reply! It proves now that he is basically avoiding all along and not too busy to reply.

His reply "What are you going to do then?" Well, you are at fault, you should reflect on your dishonesty!

Thks but the I've bought a F650 from fuwell to replace this.
Forget it, not interested in any refund etc... Refilling a tank of petrol easily cost me more...

I just want to let the public have awareness of such a seller to warn potential buyers of such seller.. He should have mentioned the sound that the psu is emitting, basic honesty!

As i promised to fix a new system for my nephew, imagine the time i have spend on this.

He won the bidding for my Q9450, make me wait for a week to deal then refuse to reply to sms and send me a PM say he withdraw due to no money. Fark man, how can you withdraw after confirming a deal with me and make me wait for a week. He deserve to rot in hell for his attitude.

well, his sms of "What are you going to do then?" was taunting enough for me.
someone suggested i should file a police report or talk to my lawyer about it, but over a measly $60......

oh and he spend $179 (according to his sms) to buy a new modxstream 700)

This kid definitely need some education on being honest and responsible not only in dealing and trading with others also life in general.

I am here to present my side of the story. I ran out of money because of the purchase of the OCZ ModXStream PSU. That's the reason why I can't afford to repay alwaysthere's PSU problem and hwmook's Q9450 CPU. Sorry about that.

As for the PSU, I would want to state that the PSU was working fine when I installed into the computer and was working well all the way till I took it out of the PC and sold to alwaysthere. I even took a video of the PC at night. There was no hissing sound that alwaysthere had stated in the first post.

As for the Q9450, I really have no money to purchase it currently. Really sorry for the late withdrawing reply.

I will post the video when I get home tonight.

I hope that this conflict can close soon.

What can your video proof? That you spend more time setting up a phony one rather then be honest and aboard on your trades?

3 person have come forward so far regarding bad experiences with you so I doubt these can be viewed as conflicts.

boy, $60 is but a small sum of money to a working adult, I would not go through the effort of buying a psu for fun, try it out, claim that its faulty the very next day then try to return it to you by offering to drive it to you place to return the psu. I bought this set only because it was suppose to be working well (ESPECIALLY since i bought on the basis that you repeatedly advised you will give 14 days personal warranty) but it turns out to be not so!

Fancy your excuses.. my FOUR sms-es to you from 9.15am till 4.30pm and my calls to you at 4.20pm and 4.25pm and you said you could not reply sms nor answer my calls but you can almost instantly reply my last sms at 4.30pm when i said you leave me no choice??

DO NOT quote sms partially! I wrote to you "$60 is but a small sum of $ but since u r nt responding to the issue & my calls, u leave me no choice".

I did not sell it away to another person here, I practically gave it to a gurung guni man...
You expect a 2nd chance? Then you should have realised this when u flew ones aeroplane, almost flew another buyer's aeroplane and sold me a set without intend to honour your warranty and NO, we do not expect you to do any.

I just want to bring awareness to the community so that the next person who intends to deal with you will brighten up and think otherwise.
