Ok this is how the story goes. I will summarise it.

Date of Dealing: 24/8/09
Time of dealing: 5:15pm
Dealing location: Bishan MRT

-At around 4 50PM, the buyer smsed me saying he is busy. Thus, the deal was postponed to 5 30pm (On the same day)

-I was already on my way and i reached the dealing location at 5 15 pm sharp

-At 5 30pm, buyer didnt turn up. So, i smsed him and asked where he is. He replied me in a offensive way, implying that i am being impatient (HELLO???? U R LATE EH!)

-I wait wait wait wait until 6 05PM. When i received a call from the buyer. I told him to come to 7-11 outside. However, HE WANTED ME TO COME TO BREADTALK. (BTW, had difficult time understanding his weird accent and pronounciation -.-)

-Ok. NVM! We managed to meet at 6 10PM.

- THIS IDIOT WAS LATE FOR ALMOST 40MINS! NO APOLOGIES! HE STILL CAN TALK ON PHONE FOR 5MINS WHEN I AM WAITING FOR HIM! (He didnt say anything when we met. He gave me a look then suddenly pulled out his phone and was on the phone for 5 mins)

-He saw my phone. He complained abt missing stylus (I already mentioned that the stylus was NOT included.)

-He started to complain about the condition of the phone. (HELLO???? Y AM I SELLING HTC DIAMOND FOR 200 BUCKS????)

-He wanted me to discount the price because he wants to get new housing and stylus (None of my business. HA!)

-ON TOP OF THAT, he said 'I just wanted to see the phone first before I buy' WTF! and started to blame me for blur pics.

-He further wasted 30 mins, complaining, whining, bargaining and showing stupid attitude.

Result: Wasted 1hr 10 mins dealing with him.

I had to sell it off at 195 when i have other buyers who
want it at 200

The buyer was late, no apologies, very rude to just talk on the phone, making ppl wait for him, did not read wat i wrote properly (just see the number 200 then straight pm. -.-), bargain somemore and show attitude.

His no. is 81040699, Vietnamese, abt 1.65cm tall and stays at somerset. Please clarify every single things with him before dealing....
