OK, here is my side of the story:
1. Sep 4th, Fri.
I sold to bullbull a set of xbox360 with basic accessories, late night delivery (9:40pm) to clementi mrt station upon his request (with $10 deposit to show his sincerity). This is the my WTS thread for that deal:

2. Sep 5th, Sat.
I am currently selling another xbox360 with more accessories, he saw the post later, then called me offering to buy "20GB HDD+ethernet cable+play&charge kit" for $60.
3. Sep 6th, Sun.
I don't want to do the late night delivery again, so he said he can collect on Sunday afternoon at clementi mrt. I thought having 2nd time buyers was a good sign, so we dealt the 2nd time on Sun. afternoon, "20GB HDD+ethernet cable+play&charge kit" for $60.
4. Sep 6th, Sun. night.
When I got home that day, simply out of good will as a seller to a 2nd time buyer, I sent a follow-up SMS asking if everything was working fine. No reply from him. I didn't know at that time this "courtesy SMS" could be used against me... (plz read on and you will know why)
5. Sep 7th, Mon. morning
When I turned on my phone, 2 SMS from bullbull complaining both charger kit (not working) and HDD (wrong capacity) have problems, demanding a refund of $20. I replied to him explaining HDD capacity and ask about the charger problem. He explained to me the charger problem in his SMS.
I agreed to refund immediately, but insisted $10 is a more reasonable price. (45 for HDD, 5 for ethernet cable) At the same time, I also suggested he could take the charger kit to my place to find out why it's not working. Naturally he's not happy, so he haggled on the price, saying refund for both the charger and ethernet cable (which I am sure is in working condition because I've tested everything before selling to him, and because he hasn't made any complaints about this ethernet cable at all). I refused of course - refunding an item that has no problem at all? Isn't it a bit unreasonable?
Then he became VERY unreasonable - accusing that the "courtesy SMS" I sent on Sep 6th night indicates I knew the charger kit has problem!!! I am very upset of course, but still, I replied with good manner: "since when following up on a deal became an indication of guilty? You buy from me twice so I just tried to be nice. I don't appreciate your accusation."
Then he replied at once he didn't want the refund because he didn't want to travel to my place. After that he came back to vrzone leaving me a bad rating.
Here are all the SMS records after the "courtesy SMS" (deleted previous ones after hearing no reply from him on Sunday night)



Am I a bad seller who sells faulty items knowingly then run and hide? No! I believe I am sincere and polite all the way through even when being accused out of nowhere. Do I deserve a bad rating like this? I believe it's unfair.
