If you have confirmed a deal with someone, confirmed the price, but the someone is not available until a week later because he's going out of town, and you confirmed to deal when he comes back.

Before the week ends, you deal with another guy because that guy offers $5 more. You leave a PM for the first guy on VRZ when you have no idea if he/she can reply.

Do you deserve a bad rating?

hmmm.. once ur confirm the deal/price/location already if u sell to other tat mean is ur fault liao..

but if tat guy nvr stated he going out of town without telling u i think u have the rights to deal with other.. if u stated on the thread u reserved the rights. if tat was the case.. u dun deserve a bad rating

ok i saw the thread liao i know ur meaning.. he in the fault tat he deal on the price but end up sell to other.. some more he din stated on his thread tat he reserved the rights.. may i know do u hit his bnp of the items?

i think perhaps he not referring to the last year problem?cos from his first post it seems that the TS is the seller, but like looking from your quote TS is the buyer. not very sure cos he write in like 3rd person format.

no rah, i was reading on some other threads in this section. suddenly many disputes over the year, so i ask for my situation.

I was the buyer who had to go out of town, with prior information and a confirmation from the seller, but midway through the week he turn face. Very irritating when you thought that the deal had been confirmed then to come back and find out that the seller had taken u for a ride.

But I do think the bad rating he gave me was very funny. A retaliation bad rating? is it allowed?
