Comes with headset, usb cable, power adapter the battery has been replaced with an extended one from HTC and comes with a slightly thicker cover as well because the battery is larger. This can be seen in the picture below.

You will not be getting the original 900mah battery. Only the HTC extended one rated at 1350mah. The skinny cover will be given if I can find it. Should be somewhere in the house.
