warranty usually does not cover for cracked lcd. this is in fine print of the warranty card of htc's exclusion. however, you may try to claim of UNFAIR CLAUSE. ITS UP TO THE SCT TO DECIDE. IT MAY COST YOU ABOUT 20/- BUT GIVE A TRY...ALL THE BEST
