Mine ain't got a fan. but i would mount it with the fan facing downwards. Or at least if it is convienent for the power cables. Because there are holes on the bottom of the casing.

u know u can invert the psu plate to mount whichever way u want ya?

i mount the fan facing down so hot air will not circulate inside my casing and out of the venting hole at the bottom

my psu fan is sucked into the psu and blow out behind of my TJ-09

bro depends ah.. seasonic for my case is suck air one... so facing upwards is correct .. u change the fan and the mount below also same mah.. exhaust will still be out of case and not into case

k the deal is, the fan is sucking air into the psu, if you place it upwards liek in ur pic, its gonna suck in heated air within the case already.
if you place it inverted, it'll suck in air from the grill on the underside of the case, which will collect alot alot alot alot alot of dust but cooler air.

choice is yours
