Hi folks, I checked out my RAM's chipset but I don't know what it is leh. It's a Kingston ValueRAM: KVR400X64C25/512 stick. Here's what it says on the chip:

D3208DLAT-5A

Who's the manufacturer anyway?... Thanks in advance.

bro .. on rambox itslf @ da bottom left hand corner .. da ram chipset initial shud b written.For example it cud b PSC,KTC,HYN,SAM or ELP. So care 2 tell me wat izit?

I check before liao, don't have anything leh. I know last time my old sticks got state that it's made by Hynix. Dunno why this one don't have. I bought at Comex this year one.

Ok... wait, I take a pic of the box to show you. I really don't see any clues on it leh.

notice the spacing of the bottom left corner dot. closer to left edge and further from bottom edge. that's either infineon or mosel

does mosel manufacture ram chips? if they don't its infineon then.
but i think they do 1
need to search for pictures to distinguish the 2

i hv seen mosel ram chips b4 on valuerams b4 tho ... wud b written as MOS on da ram box itslf
