I want to get a <$200 case that has good air cooling and allows placement of around 6 to 8 case fans.

CPU:Intel C2D E8400 2.997 GHz with CoolerMaster V8

Motherboard:GA-P35C-DS3R
Memory:Kingston 2x2GB DDR2 800
HDD: Hitachi Deskstar 500GB 16M SATA II/WD 500GB 16M SATA II
Graphic Card:HIS Radeon HD 4870 Ice Q4+ Turbo 1GB
Case:Cooler Master Elite 310 ATX Case
Power Supply: Cooler Master Extreme Power Plus 650W
Display: Philips 19SW9
Input Devices: Razer Carcharias, Logitech Keyboard,Atake Glam Rock Keyboard,Mouse, Speakers. Razer Krait.

its cost $239 for haf932.
well, just spend anthoer 39 dollar for better case if u dun mind
