i wan to build a budget but decent mATX rig..being a total noob about it,please recommend, budget around $800~$1000.

Yeah bro need to know what's your usage like.. Will it be for personal use in your room, or do you intend to hook it up to LCD TV... plonk it in the living room.. etc etc

Remarks: Entry level pure AM3/DDR3 build!

From here u may want to splash on shoebox casing, a quad core, more RAMs, modular PSU etc if there really is a need for it

Integrated HD 4200 video - benched good to go for multimedia use and blu ray/movies so hoot discrete if intending to game ^^
