Was pleasantly surprised to learn that I could stow away the receiver in the mouse itself!
Spot the logitech receiver?

Oh, and the mouse can be used with just 1 battery too!
The on/off switch also doubles up as a cover to protect the tracking sensor. Excellent idea.
Apparently, this is a feature found in Mac mice too.

Switch in 'On' position.

I must add that the switch has a nice tactile feel to it and turning the mouse on/off has never been easier.

Snug fit with the provided mouse case

All wrapped up and good to go!

Some thoughts:
- Love the tactile feel of the mouse buttons. Especially the left and right mouse buttons.
- Scroll wheel works great as usual
- Tested the mouse on a glossy surface where a normal optical mouse wouldn't track, and the Anywhere MX tracks really well.
- Tested the mouse on a glass table top and the tracking works really well with no abnormal/unexpected movements

- The plastic of the mouse has a matt finishing, not sure if this will become 'glossy' when surface wear sets in.
- Mouse is quite heavy with 2 AA batteries, some users may like it, some may not.
- It's a notebook mouse, so size is small, but the fit of the mouse is still ok.
Overall, very happy with this mouse
Am so tempted to get the Performance MX mouse to try out too....

Took a look at the Performance MX functionality and the zoom feature looks really good... hmmmmm.......
