I think they earn more from foreigners who will come and buy in bulk.

They do make from individuals too but those things like ram, HDD etc they don't make much out of it.

Just roughly gauge the sales volume, no of workers and rental per month.. Doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out their profit margin..
